Dr Mel Milton-Smith is an award-winning author, corporate trainer, and executive coach.

She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management Western Australia, and specialises in transformative leadership, communication, and workplace culture.

Dr Mel has held management roles in state and federal government, and is an experienced Senior Lecturer in Communications. She works with national and international clients, including executive and emerging leaders from business, education, government, and not-for-profit sectors.

In addition to over 20 years of experience, Dr Mel Milton-Smith has a PhD in Communications and Cultural Studies, Masters of Philosophy, and Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching. She is a Chair and Director of several boards, an Adjunct Professor at Curtin University, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA.

Mel has extensive experience as a professional speaker, and has been an emcee and keynote speaker at many national and international conferences, including TEDxPerth, The Cyber West Summit, Agents of Change Ministerial Conference, EduTech, and The Social Impact Festival.
